Research
Well Aspirin comes from a weeping willow. Here are some plants that come from medicines, Calendula, Chamomile, Peppermint, Holy Basil, Plantain and English Lavender.
Today, around 11% of the drugs considered 'basic' and 'essential' by the World Health Organisation originated in flowering plants - and there are many more from those without flowers. Thanks to decades of research, we're able to harness the lifesaving powers of superhero plants whose chemical compounds form the basis of powerful drugs that can help combat cancer, Parkinson's disease and malaria.
One way of getting medicines from animals is Gelatin. Gelatin is derived from animal skin, bone, and tissue most often from pigs or beef. It is used primarily for gel capsules and as stabilizers for vaccines.
Blood and flesh are most commonly used animal products to treat various ailments in humans and livestock. Excreta of some birds are also used for treating diseases like asthma and cough.
Covid 19: Paxlovid
Flu: oseltamivir (Tamiflu), baloxavir (Xofluza) and zanamivir (Relenza)
Hemophilia: DDAVP® or Stimate® (Desmopressin Acetate)
Tuberculosis: combination with three other drugs—rifampin, pyrazinamide and ethambutol
Cholera: Norfloxacin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX), and ciprofloxacin
Bubonic plague: Ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and moxifloxacin
Malaria: artemether-lumefantrine (Coartem®)
Benzathine penicillin: Included asthma, cough, rheumatism and healing of external injuries.

Conclusion
My Conclusion is that we all need to have medicines but too much of it can make us sick. But it can also make us feel better. If you feel sick ask your mom, dad or doctor for medicine. Knowing more about medicines and where they come from will help scientists continue to discover life-saving cures. I am excited for the future of medicine and discoveries that will be made. I also learned a bit about how plants can be modified to create new medicines.
