Does turning off colour on your phone reduce your screen time?

Hypothesis
Our hypothesis is that turning off colour will reduce screentime beacause things wont look as interesing to us which will reduce scrolling.
Research
Other websites that have done the same exprirment have found that , yes, turning off colour on your phone will reduce screentime. We will keep this in mind while doing our expirment.

Variables
Independant variable: The greyscale
Dependant variable: The amout of time on the phone.
Controlled: The people, The phone and how many days with or without colour(7)
Procedure
The procedure is tracking one week with colour and having the particpants write it down or message us. The next week they will have their phone on greyscale and track one week without colour to see the differnce.
Observations
Our observations are that , yes, the screentime did go down by an hour and a half on avg. another observation is that aldult went down alot more then the kids.
Analysis
Conclusion
Our conclusion is that , yes , changing your phone to be in greyscale will reduce screentime by around ( put avr here)
