I think that peoples heart rate will be faster right after the game then it was before the game, then five minutes later it will be slowet then before the game started. Older age groups will have less of a difference then younger age groups. 

The excitment of playing a game and trying to win will get your heart to pump.

Controlled - The board game, the monitor, the testing times, the amount of tests, the time between tests. 

1 Test all participants heart rates.

2 Have them play Ticket To Ride Junior.

3 Test heart rate right after game.

4 Have them keep sitting for the next 5 minutes.

5 Record heart rate once more.
